DOWNLOADING PHOTOS AFTER PURCHASED:  Order any combination of digital downloads and physical prints.  Look over the image before you buy.  Please make sure you give an current email address.  If you order prints, please provide a current address.  You may need to update your PayPal email and address.  All sales are final.  Wait 5-10 seconds for the browser to return you to our receipt with download link(s) if you purchased an image for instant download.  Check the email you used with PayPal if you miss your instant download.  Also, check the spam filter in the email we send to download your photo, as your provider may have misplaced it. Save your photo to a place you can find it later.  A USB drive is a good option, in case your computer or phone breaks.  

PHOTOS AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR 60 DAYS AFTER YOUR SHOW: After show photos are no longer available on the website, there is additional cost involved in finding photos in archived backups, and uploading it to the Special Orders section for purchase.

REORDERS & LOST FILES:  If you purchased a photo from this website, and later misplaced it, or need another copy for any reason, we can assist you in recovering it from our backed up archives for a $25 research fee, as it will take time and patience to recover it for you.  Use the form on our Reorder Page to do so.
