1. Ordering DIGITAL IMAGES? WAIT FOR YOUR ONLINE RECEIPT TO DOWNLOAD IMMEDIATELY: After you pay through PayPal, you will be returned to this website to view your receipt online. DOWNLOAD LINKS to your photos are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE. We also send a copy by email. All image orders, digital or printed are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. CHECK THE QUANTITY! If you accidentally add the same photo to the cart twice, it will charge you for it. You don’t need two digital files of the same photo. Save some money. Adjust your quantity below if needed. Please check your total before paying.
3. NO REFUNDS: WE ARE PROMPT IN FULFILLMENT of orders because we know customers have obligations to breeders, handlers, clubs, publications and are excited to get their win photos and candid shots. We also have an obligation to our credit card processing provider to provide what was ordered in a timely manner. Hey, not everyone is into using the Internet, but it’s how we process things fast. We do not offer refunds because most orders are fulfilled too quickly to halt the process without incurring expenses.

4. Didn’t download your images immediately? They are available for 60 days after the show date.
